He is running good because he has all that Columbian Drug Cartel money supporting him!

I hope you're right about that. I'd love to see Mark finally win the Championship that's eluded him for 20 years.

:faint: That's not what you expect to see at Dover.

That shows you what NASCAR's safety program is all about.

:yeahthat: That's why I wanna drive one of them cars.

Tony Stewart is apologizing all over himself. He feels terrible about that wreck.

I wonder if he'd have felt the same way if it were KY?

Good run by Martin again.

And I'll bet Jeff G is pizzed losing spots in that bad pit stop. He never made it back.

My unofficial standings after todays race, with the exception of our point leader, we all did pretty good today. Only change is at the top with huntr1 taking back 1st place.

huntr1 595 + 65 = 660
Homede 615 + 30 = 630
clevalley 575 + 55 = 630
OHG 545 + 65 = 610
Gumbo 540 + 40 = 580
Dippy 450 + 45 = 495
Nacho 435 + 40 = 475
Toppick 320 + 40 = 360

But do they count?

Here's how it works: Pick 5 drivers in the running, any 5, that you think will finish in the top 5.

...

The common deadline is 2pm EST Friday unless they're racing on the left coast. Picks put in AFTER 2pm EST on Fridays will not be counted.

...

ALSO, in the event of my absense (and I will be taking vacation this year), nachomama is the judge, scorekeeper and jury.

All BOLD is per Dippy's original post.

Adding in place wins 6 and 7 is making this years fantasy run a lot tighter. :yay:

I'm sorry, but I only work like 18 jobs. I'm not the only one who has posted picks after the deadline that I don't think anyone was even aware of. It's not like this is as big as the football pool, which I didn't get picks in for either this week.

I'll let Andy make the call. I'm not going to :cds: because I lose points in an internet racing contest for not getting my picks in on time. I think he's the only one who I "threaten" anyway.

And Cle, I agree. I've got some ideas in the works for next season already that I'm presenting to dippy.

I can certainly understand being late with picks, sometimes there are just too many things going on.:buddies:

Way I look at it is that as long as your picks are in before they take to the track, they should count.

Nobody's ever obeyed the Friday deadline. Why should I start enforcing it now? :ohwell:
