Last night there was some different (older 80's-type stuff) but at least it was different. I kept thinking, "Hey.....haven't heard THAT one in a looonnng time." THEN I either can't remember the song title or can't remember the artist/group. /:-\

They are only on live from 8 am to noon monday thru friday. They also do special live broadcasts on the weekends for events. So what you are probably hearing is the taped version of the morning show.

They're still relatively new, and I'm sure they don't have an unlimited budget for "downloading" (or whatever they do) songs. I have noticed there is new stuff being added all the time, and I'm sure they are adding as many as they can. :buddies:
Here's an idea for David & DeeJay... Is there a way for forumites or other listeners to "sponsor" songs they would like to hear? Basically, can we "donate" money so that you guys can download more songs? I see it as working sort of like the Premo subscription service. You know, 5 songs for ?$. Something like that.
Anyway, keep up the good work radioSOMD.fm!! :drummer:

We have thousands and thousands of songs. And David gets more every week. Not sure why you're hearing the same ones over and over.

But hey, Belvak, if you want to give us money....

Maybe his computer is sticking or something.
Did he try putting on nickle on top of it?

What they really need is a marital counsel hour. You know, like a dear Abby type thing? instead they could call it, BCP you ignorant bastard, and I could touch on subjects of interest to the people trying to make their married life work for them.
oh, I could also give pointers on ER etiquette

I'd totally listen to it! And I'm not even married!

How about "donate a disc"? I've been kicking this idea around for a while and may just put together a mix and give it to vrai to give to David.

I don't want to argue about it, but I'm only saying that a computer or something seems to be running a programmed playlist. (Can you tell I'm guessing?) I say that because I eventually hear the same songs in the same order later. Please understand, I'm not griping.....just an observation. I like the music.
