Good for South Carolina! I have always believed that pregnant druggies need to be in jail untill the baby is born. I don't care if they ruin their lives..but not a little baby's. The house is a good idea..They probably realize that its cheaper to deal with them while they are preggers..because they are probably gonna be on welfare and medicaid..so it behooves them to avoid the health issues they would most likely pay to fix anyway.

Wow, that's a great idea. Force these idiots to get help for the sake of the baby. For those women who voluntarily go there, good for them for giving a crap about their unborn baby. One way or another they're living for free, on public assistance, at the taxpayers expense. At least give the babies a chance at a productive life. :yay:
