Anyone have any ideas about getting tickets for cheap? I have tried all of the "bargain" websites, priceline, orbitz etc..any you would recommend? What about standby tickets? are those a good savings or no? SO is in Hawaii on travel..and I really wanted to visit him for a long weekend...but just can't justify spending 800 on a ticket for that kind of trip..any ideas? I saw some student rates..and since I am in grad school..I was wondering if I qualify for those...those are still in the 700 dollar range though..any ideas? or should I settle for a postcard?

I always try to travel with Southwest. I love them. Cheapest tickets by far. I can't stand Ortitz and Travelocity and all those fake price saving sites.

Round trip to Hawaii for 800 is about right...
