I'm not sure the Bush administration is on the fast track for going to war in Iran.
It's merely trying to show that certain sophisticated munitions, which intel experts agree, have no known basis in Iraq - that these new weapons had not been manufactored in Iraq.
Through serial numbers, types of explosives used, casing materials, etc., they've ascertained these weapons have been imported from Iranian sources.
But, one congressman had this to say:
"Sen. Christopher Dodd, D-Conn., said the administration could be laying the groundwork for an attack on Iran and that "I'm worried about that. That's how we got into the mess in Iraq," by relying on what Dodd called "doctored information."
If you've got unmistakeble "fingerprints" on deadly new and improved weapons being introduced into the region, how is that "doctoring the evidence"?
