Baby Birds

We had a few trees, that were partially dead, removed from our yard yesterday. When we got home last night, several of the neighborhood kids including my seven year old were in the partially wooded area were the trees were removed. They were all huddled around, so I went outside to find out what they were doing and they told me they found three baby birds. These birds are tiny, no feathers, eyes shut. They look as if they just hatched. I called every animal rescue number I could find last night, but I never reached anyone. Does anyone know of someone who would come rescue these babies and what I could do in the meantime to keep them alive? Besides chewing worms and regurgitating them that is.

PM me.. I know a rehabber who love baby birds.. I can pick up and transport...But for now..keep warm, in a box lined with toilet paper, and keep box dark.
Babies will think it is night time and will not need to eat for a while.
