I see that all of the time, especially now. One couple had four chicks that fledged only a short while ago, and they're back on our branches and under our trees...parents feeding youngins.

Youngins' beaks still not the right color, and they're awkward....wagging their tails..."feeeed me....feeeeed me".

Caught another one today! This time, Red Bellied Woodpecker. Have also seen a Tufted Titmouse doing the same thing. We may go broke buying bird seed and suet, but we're sure seeing some interesting bird behavior!!
