#171: Teen Violence type or Gang Type Violence or another violence type book
This guy/teen/kid named Jared and about four-five of his friends (Jared grabs him if I remember correctly) and they punch him for about 1 minute causing pain on a scale from 1-10 1 weakest 10 strongest a 6-7 probably 7.

But later (If I remember correctly this happens) the kid/person walks alone at night and Jared and his (Jared's) friends catch the kid/person again but this time they (Jared and his friends) take the kid/person into his house (Jared's House) and burn and torture the kid/person with the following and more:

Candle Wax burned



Later the kid/person tells his mom and she (the kid/person's mom) drives and his mom (Jared's Mom) hits his mom's (the kid/person's mom's) vehicle.

And Jared's Mom pleads no contest.

And I think atleast Jared pleads guilty but somehow gets only 4 (Four) [IV the roman numeral for Four) years in prison/jail if I remember correctly.
