Humane Society of Calvert County -- Annual Scholarship Award Program

The Humane Society of Calvert County, Inc., in partnership with the United Way of Calvert County, is committed to assisting those wishing to pursue higher education in an animal-related career. We are pleased to welcome those aspiring veterinarians, vet technicians, dog trainers, and others to apply for our annual scholarship program. We will award four persons each with a $1,000 scholarship. You must be a current resident of Calvert County to be eligible for this scholarship. Please download the instruction letter and application and mail with required documents to the address shown on the letter. Entries must be postmarked by June 1, 2008. Please read eligibility requirements carefully. Our goal is to give back to the community in ways that will improve the future for both people and animals.
