| Outside cat? Can you take a cotton ball or gauze (even a wash cloth) and dampen it with warm water and clean out the ear a bit and see what the problem is? She could have ear mites, too, and be digging at her ears and scratched them raw.

| No, she is a inside only cat. She won't let me get close enough to the ear to do anything with it. I'm a new cat owner so I'm not very savy yet. |

| Good suggestion- we have to do this when clipping nails or anything else that ticks them off. Hope you can figure out what is wrong.

| Take it to the vets. I thought ear mites two weeks ago, and actually found out my kitten has a tumor in her ear, and the vet has recommended that when the tumor really starts to affect her, I have her put to sleep. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
