3 Wk Old kittens

Received a phone call yesterday, someone has 2 3-wk old kittens they need help with. They have some strays/ferals around, the people left the kittens alone outside all day/over night, and momma never came back for them. They took them in and gave them the canned kitten milk. Anyone that can help?

I can't take them. Have my hands full and Biscuit needs more mommy time.

I'd love to raise them, but I'd have to get linked up with a rescue. I don't know that I could financially handle three by myself. And I live across the ditch. And I'd have to make sure it wouldn't cause undue stress to the marriage.

These kittens are in St Mary's, think the other threads are from Calvert area.
