Picture on my monitor is too big

I can't see the edges anymore. what can I do to make the picture a bit smaller? Toolbars seem to be gone and I have to use the wheel on the mouse to scroll down because the screen is too wide.

Go to your desktop, right click, select "properties" and change your resolution to a higher setting.

If the pic is REALLY large, you'll have to open it in a viewer/editor that will size it to your screen.

Most monitors have display control buttons on them; usually at the bottom. Any such luck?

If yours [does] have these buttons find the one that has a screen-looking icon near it and press it. You should then be able to adjust the height and width of your monitor's display.
