Has anyone downloaded the free PDF converter from PrimoPDF?

Is it a safe download?

Have used it before download was safe. Works pretty good on most documents. Check doc's after converting, on some docs it would shift text orientation around, and sometimes shift the whole document orientation around. But for free can't complain to much.

I do not know anything about PrimpPDF but as an alternative;

We have been using CutePDF Writer here @ work. You install two pieces; converter.exe and then the CutePDF installer. You "print" to a pseudo printer created by the CutePDF installer and it outputs a PDF file.

We have had 100% success/no issues using CutePDF Writer with 300+ users for over 2 years.
