Question spontaneous page load errors

Anyone else have these problems?? I have Verizon DSL and use Mozilla on a Vista system...ever since our power went out from our snow storm I have been having problems with pulling up pages, but it's random...sometimes it will come up and later on if I go back to that page I get the page load error.
I have reset everything...dsl router , wireless router, pc,s...no change..anyone with a clue or insight on this??? my husbands pc also does this..he also has Vista, but he uses IE, we are both wireless...maybe the dsl phone line has issues?????
