Thank you guys so Much! I know that the MAC address to the old desktop is still there and then dell went in and did something and the next thing you know it's saying there are 2 networks and the hp printer that work on old computer wouldn't on new one and had to wire it. See why somebody that is clueless could have problems. lol. Thanks for the business information, I will call both tomorrow and see what they say.

Maybe you can hook up with each other via teamviewer.com since it sounds like cooley knows what she's doing. Just a thought. Pay via a bottle of wine.

I have used this with my folks and it works great, both of you just run the program, the one who is wanting help gives the helper the ID/Password and wala, instant screenshare. It is a little fuzzy but does the trick!
