She has a new keyboard and monitor. I just want a CPU. She really doesn't use it that much (pictures and a little FB and some FB games) but hers is so old, I just wanted to replace it. Didn't want to spend too much right now either..

Be leery of Lenovo computers! My old job which I just quit last month, my boss bought a Lenovo computer from best buy and it was slow as hell... figured out it had a OLD Pentium 4 processor in it! The one you listed above just says "processor: Intel® Pentium®"

Is it a pentium 4? or is it one of the new ones? I would bet its an old one thats why it doesnt say I5 or I7.


Also most pre bundled computers from best buy are junk and full of crap you dont need IMO

It was Dual core. You can do better than that. Look for a quad core cpu and you should be able to get away with a 500 gig HD if she isn't hording tons of media ( Pics, Tunes, and Video).
