So after waisting 2 minutes of my day and this happens often, multiply this say two times a week (being generous) and after a year I have waisted 11520seconds per year of my time. Coud have had sex instead, brush teeth, scratch butt etc.

Ummm, you just can't do what you suggested at any given time of the day. Hell I even get telemarketers on the darn cell phone.
