Verizon Broad Band

Thinking of getting rid of the lan line, but I will need broad band for the internet. Right now eveything is verizon, tv, cell, lan line and internet. On line searching said I will pay more because my verizon bundle will increase in price from removing the Lan. So I will probably need a broad band bundle with no Lan. Any comments.

It is a land line. Plain Old Telephone Service or POTS.

Why not keep the land line if that is the less expensive way to go? When storms and earthquakes come through, they are nice to have and you are getting it better than free since service is cheaper with it.

It just seem like an extra bill with the cell phone, I could be paying on a hooker, beer, cell phone or something with that money. Not sure if I am really changing, just seeing what people have to say about getting rid of the Land Line. Not sure if its going to save me money or not.

Get the el cheapo basic service and it's like $8 a month. Drop it and your internet will go up $10

Telemarketers I hate them, don't need to answer if I don't know the number.

Tele: Is this Mr. Fed UP
FED: Yes
Tele: I am with so and so and I can save you this and that
FED: No thank you
Tele: Mr fed up are you sure
FED: Yes (getting agititated now)
Tele: But
FED: CLICK and they hear the dial tone

So after waisting 2 minutes of my day and this happens often, multiply this say two times a week (being generous) and after a year I have waisted 11520seconds per year of my time. Coud have had sex instead, brush teeth, scratch butt etc.
