| It is a web service so that it will always connect online even with 3rd party software. I Love Free Software7 Google Calendar Desktop Clients Lists some but you need to be careful they don't have malware Outlook could sync as well if you have a 3rd party software. https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gappssync I wouldn't buy outlook though just to have a calendar. |

| Thanks somdfunguy for the suggestion. I am using Google Calendar (wife and I have one - shared) going on our cell phones. Again - thanks!
