Tom Tom GO 700

Came across this really neat gadget called Tom Tom Go 700. It is a potable GPS system for your car and has a blue tooth chip so you can talk handsfree through it too. Thinking maybe my brother-in-law might like this for Christmas. I am not too tech savvy, so i was wondering if anyone could give me some inside info about it. Thanks.
