| ok...i know i'm an idiot but i have a few Q's about my laptop.. First off it's an HP Pavilion zd8220 and it's also wireless my Q's are.... i have a PC card slot.....(what does this do)? i have an Express card slot....(what does this do)? i have a digital drive bay.....(what does this do)? |

They can be just about anything (network, wireless, even memory drives) given that its a new laptop, you'll probably never use it because everything is already built in. > i have an Express card slot....(what does this do)? Same idea, different format. If you don't go buy any express cards, you'll never need to bother with it. > i have a digital drive bay.....(what does this do)? Not sure, you could be talking about a drive slot for a CD/DVD system. They hot-plug into the laptop, so if you need the dvd player, you unplug the floppy or whatever and plug in the DVD. Again, I'm not sure what you're describing with this one.
