Kudos to Navy Federal

Got a call late last night from Navy Federal to discuss my credit card activity.

They caught a single fraudulent charge for $20 amongst several dozen legitimate charges I've made across 4 states in the past 2 months!

Way to go NFCU!!

I've been an NFCU member since the 60's. Although my current account is very small it's still active. Should the transition to PNC screw me in any way I'm going to use NFCU as my primary banker.

My bank has changed so many times I dont even know what to call them. What a pain, I think it is time to change. Anyone know a good local bank that is not a credit union. Not that I dont like credit unions but I like knowing the people better, credit unions you never seem to deal with the same people.

I know you said you dont like credit union... but the cedar point credit unions around here are awesome!! They do have the same people I usually go to the one in Ltown and its always the same great people. They also have good rates I highly reccomend them.

Cedar Point is AWESOME! They have been so good to me! They have been extremely helpful!

Stay away from Bank of America! They are awful!

Yeah, NFCU is good people, even through the financial fallout from my divorce, they were nice to be understanding and help me through it

You re right about that, I switched my checking, savings and Cd's out of there.
