I would forward the email to ebay and ask them. Something tells me they would not insure anything like that and I would bet they would get real upset at their name being used.

If you dont have a warm and fuzzy feeling then go with your gut. Obviously you dont trust the guy and you posted for other opinions then you dont have a warm and fuzzy. I would not believe it. I would report this to Ebay.
