What are some good credit card companies as far as low or no annual fee, low interest, etc? I've heard Capital One isn't so great.

I have Bank of America and have a locked in rate of 8.9%.

NASA federal for me!!! The Visa Platinum is 9.9% with no fee and rewards points are offered. They are also doing a 5.9% for life balance transfer special.
