How long is forever

Apparantly not long. The cost of the "forever stamp" is going up along with everything else, so stock up now.

Well it is safe to say the post offices are closed by now. So if folks didn't stock up I guess they will be out of luck. I lucked out because I used my last two .41 cent stamps to mail my mother's and grandmother's M-Day cards on Tuesday.

The cost of the "forever stamp" was never meant to stay the same forever.

ED ZACHARY..

But if you buy them today at .42 you can use the same stamp in 10 years when a new stamp cost $1.53 (and the forever stamp will also be sold for $1.53)

Nope, from now on when I need a stamp I am going to the post office, stand in line, and buy one after taking my sweet time figuring out which one to select from the wonderful selection of stamps they may be offering. I may even have them lick it for me.
