Too good to be true??

I received an ad in the mail for free software, just pay shipping and handling of $3.95 each. No obligation to buy more, no strings that I can find. They'll let you order by mail and use a check or you can use a credit card online or by mail. Lots of kid's stuff, reputable and popular titles. They use a reputable online credit card security company to protect you.

I can't find what's wrong with it but it sounds too got to be true. Anyone know anything about this. They're called "Smart E-store"

Usually they are selling older versions of programs. Just a quick check of one of their offers: Calendar Creator 8 is what they're selling - the current version is 9.

That would make sense. The software makers would be willing to give away the old stuff if someone would just haul it out of their warehouses.
