I know it's crass, and I'm not saying #### on the first date, but you wouldn't buy a car without taking it for a test drive, would ya? Sexual compatibility (IMO) is important in a relationship. I'd really hate to find out that I "bought a lemon" after being legally and financially committed.

Not only should you take that car out for a test drive, but perhaps consider leasing it for a while to see if there are any kinks or loose screws in how it performs. It may not have quite as much horsepower as you'd like off the get go, but by tweaking it a bit over time, you might find out that it's fun to tinker with it and get to know your machine and see what it can do. It's long-term performance and reliability may surprise you over time.

...well be the second smartest woman on the forums and you sound like a great woman. It's good for you to recognize that sex is down the list of things that are important to you. Yes sex is important but not all is lookin to get their stinger wet on the first date...
I myself have been on about a dozen dates in the past 4+ months and pretty much all of em were ready to put out on the first meeting.
I politely declined because to me when a woman gives it up from the git go then she just has no respect for herself.
HOWEVER...to have to chase after it for 3+ months....aint no way in he11. a guy would be tempted to just go out and get some thus perpetuating the whole player persona
