Wedding location ideas

I am looking to have a small, casual ceremony & reception sometime in Nov/Dec. and I'm looking for some suggestions & prices (if you know them). I personally want to just go to the courthouse, but my fiance said he's been there/done that and doesn't want to do it again. I've had the big traditional wedding before, and I don't want that either, so I've decided to compromise. I'm not planning on wearing a dress/having flowers, etc. but would like to have the family & close friends there, and exchange vows have some food, cut the cake & call it a day. Don't get me wrong... I want it to be nice & memorable, just not looking to have a large crowd & spend alot of money.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm in St. Mary's County. Vegas is a great idea and I LOVE IT, however, I need to think of the family. We have 6 kids between the 2 of us, as well as parents & friends. Not fair to expect them to bare the expense and I certainly can't fork it out for all of them

Elks Lodge, Bay District Fire house, any fire house's halls, St. Mary's College, etc. I'm sure you can get a pastor/rev./priest/etc. to do the wedding at any locations you want.

I think the firehouse in the park allows you to rent their meeting room. Not sure where else cause it would be a little cold outside.

I'm not sure of any place that allows you to be naked in public around here #
