| What I hate When you know a couple who seem so perfect; happy and in love; positively doting on each other; always giving each other compliments and telling the world how much they adore each other. You look at them and it gives you hope that there is still that marital bonding left in the world. Then you find out it was all bull#### and a fake they put on in public, even with their closest friends. You find out he's a douche and she's a #####, and they are finally - after years of torture - splitting up. They haven't even slept in the same bed together in several years. I freaking hate that. So you people who are really happy in your marriages, please - I beg you - keep the dream alive for cynics like myself. And if you're not really happy, stop pretending because it pisses everyone off when they find out your marriage is a fraud and you suckered your loved ones into believing you. | Most people pretend to be happy and don't air their dirty laundry in public (except on here ), but geez...these two went way overboard being "in love" when they were throwing crockery at each other behind closed doors. It's just disappointing. |

| Screw that. Liffe is to short to be miserable. I'll die alone with a dog or cat for companionship before I ever spend one day longer than I have to with someone who makes me miserable. |

| I stopped pretending. Society puts a label on a "perfect relationship" and the play continues. I'm in timeout. |

| I can't "like" anything in this thread. The truth has been said. I don't like it. I'm off to my PERFECT bed...alone. |

I don't know if your nosey or not, just making a general statement. Also they kept hope alive for many young couples so actually they did a good deed. | |
