| Not enough results for time you have to put in on it, it took 30 minutes to break a sweat on that thing going 15 mph. My suggestion is an elliptical, good cardio work out, benefits arms and legs. |

| I had a recumbent bike and absolutely loved it. Probably because I like to read and I could read and the time would fly. Love to get another one.
