From what I heard from a friend who went there- it is a good place for people who have a lot of weight to lose. She felt like it was geared towards the much heavier ladies. She quit going and now goes to Maximum. I go there and love it. They have a exercise room for women, too, if you don't want to work out in the main area. Childcare included, too.

My mom did Curves and quit cause she said she would always leave feeling like nothing got accomplished. But, hey to each his own!

It is a great place if you are just starting and have a long way to go. But if you have already started taking care of yourself it will be a waste of money in a few months. IMO
