WW Points and Smmothie

Has anyone used the fiber substitute to decrease points in morning shakes and other foods that are otherwise low in fiber? I love to have a low fat fruit shake in the morning, but there's virtually no fiber.

I've never tried that.

Have you looked at any of the WW sites? I have found them to be really helpful. There's also forums where people share ideas, etc.

I like this one for recipes and menu ideas.

Are you using it to decrease the points in foods and does it make you feel fuller longer?

Like I said... I haven't used it for points yet...

It does not make you feel fuller longer....

It's part of the cholesterol diet I am on... I have high cholesterol and increasing fiber helps...
