Have done alot of yoga and pilates; nothing sexy about those. Must be the Kama Sutra?

I was searching for yoga dvd's on amazon and this came up.. I bought the biggest loser yoga one.. Did it today... harder than I thought!

Yea, I love yoga for getting a good stretch. My sister-in-law teaches power yoga. Did it with her a couple of times and yea you can really work up a sweat.
