If you weren't Sasquatch's little brother you wouldn't need 4500-5000 cal/day. Look into catabolic foods to munch on between meals. Good healthy stuff that is portable for the nurseryman on the go such as yourself.

Catabolic foods require more calories to digest than the item has. ex. Med red apple is like 70-80 cals but requires over 100 cals to digest.

Catabolic Foods

This sounds an awful lot like Fanny Mae to me...

I love apples but the damn things make me hungry, so I don't eat them too often!

I can feel it. I'm losing weight. Every few minutes I go "I'm hungry. Wonder what's for dinner?" Been a little hungry all day, the magic place! :dur:

You never went through the, 'I'll have TWO Whoppers with cheese, two large fries, an apple pie and a DIET COKE' phase; or go to the gym and work out for two hours, then go to Wendy's, or someplace like that afterward, did you?

I remember, for a while; when I was in Middle school, I think; I would come home every day for about a year and peel and eat 3 or 4 carrots. Then before bed, I'd have cookies or chips or something. Kinda like putting a fire out with gasoline, huh?

No. What kind of twit does that?

Double whoppers. And no apple pie. Super size diet.
