I actually like where I live. I'm close to an entrance and most of my neighbors are decent people. If it weren't for the jerks behind me, I wouldn't have a problem.

I do have a fence up (4' chain link) but it doesn't go back to my property line. I've had a surveyor come out and mark my lines since the Min Pin owners asked how I knew their dog was on my property. Put up signs on my trees to make it more obvious to them where the line was. Still, the behavior continues.

| Sounds like the people who lost their dog a few months ago in that area. If they let it onto your property, it's no wonder they lost it last time.

They are. I'm not. I also think this might be part of the reason I am still having a problem with them not respecting the property lines and my request.

Line your back property line with mouse traps, spaced every two feet. Stagger another behind that. Once that dog gets snapped, it won't come back. But if it goes home crying with a mouse trap on its paw, them neighbor people may not be very happy.
