Pets on Wheels?

Anybody here associated with Pets On Wheels? My daughter called them a couple of weeks ago about joining them and hasn't heard back yet. I realize they are volunteers with a life, but we are wondering if she had the right number.

No, Paso, I was thinking about taking the cow...she's good on a leash but her housetraining isn't too good. And she drools.

Goats are like deer and are browsers. They'll eat poison ivy and all kinds of brush. They will also eat flower beds and roses, and they like to jump on cars. Goats also like to eat whatever is on the OTHER side of the fence, no matter how much is on the inside.

Which Pets on Wheels are you looking for? I've tried getting in contact with the Charles Co. one but also never got a reply. Are you looking to do Therapy Pet visits? If so the Charles Co. Humane Society has a program.

It is the Charles County group that does visits in St Mary's where we are. Haven't heard a thing from them. Same thing with the Horse therapy group at Greenwell, called left a message two weeks ago never heard back. Here you have an experienced animal person willing to volunteer and no where to go. Maybe she should volunteer to answer the phones.
