Why don't you contact Lucky Ones. Many of the rescues actually require that you return a pet if you can't keep it.

Please let me know what they say at Lucky Ones. They may not take her back once they hear that she nipped and needs medical attention. May just tell her to deal with her anyway they see fit.

Maybe I was wrong.. The place might be called Last Chance. I just called her and said she sould return the doggie to them.. Does anyone have that #?

Does she have the contract she signed when she got the dog? The number should be on there.
