Second Hope Rescue is in desperate need of foster or adoptive homes - I'll list the dogs that need fostering or adopted and our other wonderful dogs can always been seen online at Second Hope Rescue.

Jeff and Mutt Mutt -
Mutt Mutt - Terrier Mix Grey and White about 2-3. Is very friendly, loves people, loves to be brushed, and to go on car rides. He is sure he is a lap dog at 35 pounds. He is more serious, but loves to be talked to and willwag his tail like mad at you. He is better on a leash, but will pull as well. He needs to loose about 10 pounds. He appears to be fairly well house broke, however I will not gaurentee 100%.
Jeff and Mutt-mutt just showed up one day and the good samaritan tried in vain to find their home to no avail. We would love for Jeff and Mutt-mutt to go together if at all possible as they are great friends, but we understand that isn't always possible.

Jeff - Pit/Lab Mix Black and White about 2-3 yrs old closer to 2 we guess. Is very friendly, loves people, to be brushed, and to go on car rides. If allowed wants to be a lap dog at 70-80 pounds. :-) He is very playful, will play tug. Tries to play with Mutt-mutt and as long as isn't rough Mutt-mutt goes along with it. He pulls very bad on a leash, so we will being working on it. He is also 15-20 pounds over wieght so we are working on that as well. He appears to be fairly well house broke, however I will not gaurentee 100%. He will shy away if you yell, or talk mean to him. He isn't found of a broom, and backs away from it.

This is Maria and even though she doesn't take very good pictures, she has the sweetest face and demeanor anyone could ask for! Maria and her puppies came into rescue when their owner's landlord kicked them out. It was good for Maria though as she hasn't been forced to breed every heat.
Maria's puppies have found their homes and Maria has gained the weight she needed and is healthy and just waiting for you to come meet her!

Maria is house trained and gets along with most other dogs and cats as well.

These puppies are 7 months old and are desperately searching for their new homes. They've been together too long now and are going to need loving homes to teach them how special the bond is between humans and their canine companions.

They get along real well with the other dogs and are also used to cats, they are still plenty young enough to be taught to live completely peaceful with them.

They are looking for homes with lots of love and patience, the timing wasn't the best in their foster home so they really need some Home Lessons 101, House Breaking 101, Human and Canine Love Lessons 101.

If you think your heart is big enough to give any of these puppies everything they will need to live the rest of their lives being the dog they are meant to be, please contact us for an application and to meet this sweet loving puppies!

Their adoption fees will be lowered for approved homes.

KK-I cant add anymore to my zoo -- but if it will help you out, we have recently taken down our pen, if you are interested it is yours. Its appoximately 15 x 30. Here are some pictures of what it looked like before we took it down. I would have PM'd you, but you cant attach pictures. If you want the dog house its yours too, but I will give you fair warning that it is very very very heavy, but it's fully insulated.

Just so many dogs and not near enough homes. We get calls every single day from people wanting to give up their dogs, especially the pits and other bully breed dogs... It truly breaks your heart sometimes, especially when you know that if you don't take them they will die.....
