he looks so sad...my girl does almost the same thing though...she goes out some and plays but mainly just stays on her bed and sleeps otherwise. she also doesnt like the dark that much she goes out and does her business then wants to go in and go back to her bed or on the couch on her one cushion. Hope your dog gets better as time goes on...

He's just getting old. He'll be 9 in February. I recently started noticing some lumps on him. My first Rott developed lumps around the same age. Their life expectancy is only around 10 years old or so. My first lived to almost 12 years. Most of the time this guy still gets around really well, but I notice he goes and lays in his bed more often.

What a beautiful pup.... My rottie developed many lumps as well. fatty tumors all- thank God. We had her 14 years though! long life for a rottie. Give him extra snuggles....
