Please help a family in need - temp. home needed

I helped a coworker adopt a great little dog a few years ago. They love him dearly. My coworker had a stroke last Summer and while she was in rehab the roof on her house started leaking and when she was released from rehab she couldn't move back into her home. Her home will be undergoing repairs and in the meantime she will be staying with a friend and can't take her dog with her (her friend has a dog that doesn't get along with other dogs).

She and her son do not want to lose their dog by placing him permanently or taking him to the shelter where he may be put down. It would be great if we can find someone who can take care of the dog for her for 3 months until she can move back into her home. She said she is willing to pay whoever can take care of him.

Information on the dog:

Puggle - white - approx. 35 lbs
up-to-date on shots
Male, neutered
gets long with other dogs but will defend himself if a dog is aggressive toward him, chases squirrels so may chase cats also. He is great with children.

Please PM me if you can help this lady keep her dog in her family. Her son would be devastated if they had to give up their dog for good. I know many of you reading this have good hearts. I hope someone has space for this dog.

The caring and generosity of the people on this forum proves that there are still many good people willing to help each other. I am very touched by how so many of you are concerned, even if you can't offer to foster the dog.

Update - pup with a friend

I have an update. The lady was able to get a friend to care for the dog for her until April when the friend will be going on travel for her job. She is hopeful that her home will be liveable for her by then. She said to thank everyone who even considered caring for the dog, and she is so grateful that there are such good-hearted people that would extend a hand to a stranger in need.
