Another Beagle

Someone I knew Emailed me today and asked if I woudl be willing to take her 13 month old Beagle she got from the Humane Society. Apparently she can't deal with 2 dogs and 3 kids (like I can but anyhow.) I have one Beagle...has anyone adopted one from a Humane Society before? Other then making sure this dog gets along with my other dog and making sure the darn thing isn't some attack dog ( ) is there anything I should look for?

Just got my Beagle last Friday, won't say accidents haven't happened but for the most part my dog is good with holding it. Unless he has a secret hot spot he does his business and then cleans up

I've heard that too but with our beagle it wasn't true. She learned very fast. Thank goodness.

We have a 2 year old beagle. She gets along very well with my shepard/husky mix and my wifes min pin. She was very easy to house train. However the 18 month chewing phase really took a toll. But if you already have one you probably already know about that. If not don't worry they do get over it...eventually. (15-24 months I've been told)
