Maryland Dog Owners/ Anti-BSL group

Several dog owners in Maryland are trying to get an organization together to fight BSL in the state. This group will be for owners and fanciers of all breeds targeted by breed specific laws & regulations. Our goals are to fight BSL, advocate for responsible ownership, and educate as many people as possible about these dogs. We have started an email list for us to discuss these issues on, if your interested in joining, it can be found at: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MCPERPO/ With all the dog attacks that have occurred so far this year, there's a possibility that BSL may be suggested as a solution to the "dog problem", and if dog owners don't work together to fight this, the dogs we love may be "restricted" or even banned in parts of Maryland.
