Doesn't say if the option not to disclose is there the same way it is for race and gender on many applications. *shrug* That would make the difference to me as to how intrusive I feel the question is. If its not there and required to answer, statistics are all they seek. Inaccurate statics's at that. If its there, the unimportant statistics don't matter anyway so why waste the time on the question at all? (sorry for run-on I need more coffee)

Some think statistics for some strange reason should carry merit in our everyday lives. I for one don't, demographics alone can kick a** in statistics. If my town were 95% green people and 98% of the population in my jail were green people ... PLEASE don't try to tell me green people are more prone to criminal activity because they are green.
