St. Mary’s College of Maryland Commissions Task Force for River Concert Series

The president of St. Mary?s College of Maryland hascommissioned the River Concert Series Task Force to develop recommendations toensure the long-term sustainability of the college?s River Concert Series.# With planning for the summer 2012 season wellunderway, the task force will focus on summer 2013 and beyond. The RiverConcert Series Task Force, co-chaired by Trustee Glen Ives and Associate VicePresident of Planning and Facilities Chip Jackson, is scheduled to hold itsfirst meeting early next week. The task force, similar to the committee formedto reinvigorate Governor?s Cup in 2011, includes college trustees, faculty andstaff, St. Mary?s College of Maryland?s Arts Alliance members, and the localcommunity. #A full list of the memberscan be found here.
