Child support is not really based on what the custodials make.

The legal formulas and procedures talk about the income of both parents but it is just another one of many deceptions in the unjust child support system. The Courts put down the custodials income but it always only boils down to how much can be taken from the separated parents.

Like if the cusodial (male or female) makes 10 million dollars a year and the separated parent only makes minimum wage on a part time 20 hour week job, then the child support takes by force from the dirt poor parent and gives it to the rich even though it is a great disparity and an injustice.

That is what the unjust child support does and the thievery is by brute force.

This scenerio shows that it has nothing to do with providing for children,

the child support is only attacking and punishing the parents for nothing.

It is not for supporting children but only as a form of parenting police.

And the law only puts poor and impoverished parents into jail for child support even while the children are in need of nothing.

The fundamental foundation of child support is a fraud.

I follow your post, somewhat but see, a long time ago, I decided not to put any unnecessary stress on myself. Responding to you is unnecessary stress.

The thing is, you paid NOTHING towards your support, nothing, no effort what so ever. I deal with debts people owe all the time and all you want is a fricken effort, something, any thing showing you give a rat's ass about the debt you owe. I realize life gets in the way, but you pay what you can when you can. And if you said, hey look, this child support formula is a bit ridiculous there would be more respect for you and maybe many could agree with that. But your rants are self-serving in nature. It is because you harbor guilt for your own wrongdoing and failures to pay what rightfully you should have paid and frankly, you have no respect because you did that. You claim to be disabled, yet, you walk around, and apparently sit for long periods of time typing your self-serving, guilt ridden post.

You could have found a job somewhere, doing something to pay something.

But not you, you didn’t pay anything, not one thin dime.

I think that is shameful.

Why must the poor pay the rich ? when the rich do not need the money ? and the poor can not live without it ?

So you're saying you didn't support you kids because your EX made 10 mil a year
I find it hard to believe that somebody making that kind of money would bother taking a deadbeat to court.
