This "50 cent" case does show that the child support has nothing to do with the child's needs.

The child support is not meant to be spousal support to keep the custodial living in luxury but there it is.

And if the cash goes for the child then our gov and the child support laws are requiring the parents to literally spoil the children.

The child support laws require the parents to spoil their children with unnecessary extras and with luxuries.

And the custodial has no right using the kids money as spousal support but there it is.

If "50 cents" would only contact me then I could help him and we could change the law, but I do not believe he or his lawyers are savvy enough as I would be, and there is no way for me to effectively contact him.

Plus $25 G's per month is a small amount for "fitty" because he is making many millions. Us parents on the working class level have to pay from 25 to 65 percent of salary and then thrown into jail for being deadbroke, so the whole child support system is thoroughly corrupt.

If poor people, and working class people, provide for their children (except for you) to the best of their abilities, why wouldn't rich people provide for their kids to the best of their abilities also? Why do you have a different standard for rich parents?

I would say he can afford to pay more and but she doesn't need $25,000/month as it is. More than half of that money, I guarantee is going to the mother and her lypo or whatever and not to the kid.
