If you own 3 houses... you pay one M&O $213.00
three roads fees @ $135.00 = $405.00
three Special Taxing Districts@ $250 = $750.00

Your Tenants pay $108 if there are only 2 of them per property and if there are more then it's $75.00 per person per property.....

And if Resolution #2 passes you would pay another $109.00 in M&O fee

I am not getting it.

The owner pays M&O, then the tennents pay M&O again?

The owner pays the M&O but the owner is also responsible for making sure that the tenant pays the tenant fee... And the owner is responsible for making sure the tenant follows the rules and regulations... if the tenant let's say turns their front yard into a dump, the owner is also responsible for them as well, and will be held responsible for all fines and penalties....

There's a ballot issue to increase the M&O fees... from $213 to $322

Have you received your ballot?

So you make more money off a property if it is rented than if the owner resides there?

So correct me if I am wrong: the owner of a property pays pays an M&O fee and if they happen to rent the house out the tenant also pays an M&O fee?

If they rent the house out... the tenant also pays a fee... this is correct.

How can you justify collecting the fee twice?

So you are treating renters as second rate citizens and punishing them by charging them extra for something the landlord already paid, or partially paid.
