You give the answer in your own question and again this makes no sense to me.
Well, actually you referred to it as monetary greed, and I answered with votes. Votes do not equal money. Or, is your quest for votes also monetary greed?
Quote:
This is asked as a question and yet that was the point that I gave. The local infrastructure is overloaded by the mis-deeds of Hoyer.
Yes, I understand your point is that the area's infrastructure is overloaded, and you feel that job safety and job creation by the incumbant are "mis-deeds". However, neither of those things were the point of the question. The question was to who is responsible/accountable for the local area's infrastructure. I believe it is the county commissioners' and state's responsibility, and I was asking if you think the county commissioners and state are responsible for maintaining their area, or if the federal government is responsible for the upkeep of the local infrastructure.

I already answered this. We can not know now and we must wait to see.
I realize you answered it, but I wanted to ensure you realized your answer was both without substance and contradictory. You call for something to be eliminated, I would think you would have an idea what you were calling for, but your answer is you do not. You claim the area is overloaded with people and you call for the elimination of jobs and population within the area, so I presume you had an idea how many people you were trying to get out of the district you want to represent.

You rephrase the same question and you realize I answered it and then expect me to play in this silly childish games and I see no use in it at all.

If you had anything to add to the subject then try that.

If you want to run for election then do it.

If you want to vote for Hoyer then get what you deserve and that is fine by me.

So for the record: I answered the man's questions and now he is back again to the childish games.

Therefore I did try and that is all I could do.

You dishonestly brought together two things I said which were responses to two very different subjects you were speaking of.

The first, where I rephrased, was to ask what was the mis-use of authority in Hoyer's keeping jobs here.

The middle of my quote, where I emphasised your claim that Hoyer is monetarily gaining from his actions asked if you saw your own attempt at getting votes as a monetary gain for yourself, as you claimed it was for Hoyer. I also asked you to describe who you think is responsible for the local infrastructure (federal, state, or local authorities) because of your complaint that Hoyer's gaining jobs for the area overloaded the infrastructure locally. You neglected to note either of these questions.

My ending, where I brought up your stated desire to rid our area of jobs and people, was to show that you are making this desire known, but you refuse to say how many people you want removed from the area - how many jobs you want cut.

You also never answered where you want the jobs to go. As a federal legislative official, your obligation would be to both the fifth district and to the United States, and I wanted to see if you realized that. Clearly you didn't.

I tried to play your game and treat you like an adult and as if you were seriously running for Congress. You've claimed in the past you don't really want the job. I think you were accidentally very honest when you said that. I think you really are just running now, because you think it will gain you support for a local run later. I think you're being dishonest to the people, and disrespectful to the process because you don't even want to do what you're doing.

Do you see that you have added nothing through that post above?

If you feel "diverted" then you can divert it where you feel it belongs.

My "diversion" as you call it was putting us back onto the topic of this thread.

I want to discuss the topic.

But now it is back to posting about me - all because of T_p.

And what new opinion, data, or thought did you add with, "That is a cool map"? You already responded to awpitt's post when you said...

Is that anything like, "If you build it, they will come"?

You went awfully far back - over 100 posts - to get back on to the topic with. I thought talking about Hoyer's injustices and abuses was very acceptable subject matter, especially since topic drift happens in virtually every thread. I guess that is a discussion you don't wish to engage, at least not for more than the span of one or two posts... but you'll talk about cool maps!

You have said similar stuff before, as if you feel coerced or forced by TP. Perhaps we should explore that. Oh, and by the way, do you remember who started this thread?

Repetition is a big part in the art of communications and it is best to repeat the better (cool) parts.

This thread does show two (2) Republican Party challengers to Hoyer for the 5th District Congress seat and I say that is a valid topic here.

The Primary election is coming soon on February 12, 2007.

And it might snow blizzard that day.

I agree, so I'll repeat the unanswered questions:
How is it misusing authority for Hoyer to attempt to retain jobs in his district?

Since you refer to Hoyer's profit as monetary, and agree his only real profit is votes, do you see YOU as asking for monetary gains by asking for votes?

As a candidate for a House of Reps seat, who do you see as responsible for local infrastructure - the federal government or the state and local governments?

As a candidate for a House of Reps seat, with a plank in your platform that is to rid the area of major defense contracts and contractors, where would you like to see those contracts and contractors go? What would you support?

Anyone running besides you is a valid topic, because they probably believe they have at least some shot at winning. You don't believe you do, you don't want the job, yet you keep pretending to run. Why do you do that when you know you won't win and don't want the job anyway?

No, not at all. I added more and more and more still proof that you lie, ignore your lies when shown you, and divert attention away if you think you can get away with it by not answering direct questions, on subject, from your posts.

The topic was maps? Or locations of districts?

I call it diversion because that's what it was.

The topic appeared to be about candidates for office, as you referenced yourself as well as the Republicans (including Ron Paul) in Post #1. So, by asking you questions, I was staying on topic (if you're actually a candidate for office).

By referencing maps, you added nothing.
