Housing is the best criteria and consider the large amount of foreclosures and every foreclosure means a family made poorer. One out of many foreclosure sale websites is link HERE, and look at St. Mary's, and Charles - Calvert - PG Counties - 5th District. There are many foreclosure sites and Hoyer is helping the multitudes that are moving into 5th District and every one of those foreclosures are families that Hoyer has harmed by his greed driven growth policies. The inflation harms us all and inflation makes us all poorer and the high rate of foreclosures shows those that are hurt more. ![]()

| So are you saying that if I bought a million $$$ home that I couldn't afford, and it went to foreclosure, that would make me poor?

No, that would mean you got robbed. To buy a house for any price then one has to qualify in some manner. But if a family did buy a million $$$ home and then the inflation rate increased (because of greed growth) so then the family finances became strained, and then lost their home to foreclosure because of the wanton inflation then that family would be poorer and a victim of the inflation. One does not need to be dirt-poor or homeless to be damaged by the unnecessary inflation dumped on us by Hoyer. Inflation makes everyone poorer. In 5th District we have a $250,000. house selling for $1 Million because it is an inflated price. And we have a $100. rental for rent at an inflated rate of $300. All the unnecessary inflation comes from the Hoyer greed growth in our area. ![]()

The guy who makes $250K and can't afford his home is "poor." Thanks for clearing that up for me, Jimmy.

| Not nearly as thick-skulled as you, even if I wore a skull helmet with a picture of another skull glued to it. (Thanks, also, for proving my point that you have no good answer since you will not tell us why you SAID it.) Quote:

I, on the other hand, read that more simply: he is saying being ranked "first" is pointless. And it is. Being the richest person does not make one a better person, nor does being put at the top of a list do anything to help anyone. Bill Gates is obviously exceptionally selfless and wishes to employ his money effectively, hence why he has formed a number of charitable foundations and poured money into them. THAT is what he sees as useful and good, and I think he should be commended for doing so. How many people have you, Jimmy, helped lately? ![]() Quote:

![]() So you're suggesting that the people had no free will in their purchasing decisions? Or maybe that they were just not smart enough to educate themselves before making such a decision?

| Can I take that as your way of saying you can not refute my substantive statements? Or were you simply too drunk to form a real response? (That has not usually stopped you...)

How the hell would you know anything about housing? You're on welfare and have never owned a home in your life. Now your ex might have but after you left her to die all alone of cancer she might have lost it. ![]()

You can take it that way.Your statement was so funny to me that I was laughing about as I tried to go to sleep last night, and it is still funny this morning. It is so easy to see you wearing "a skull helmet with a picture of another skull glued to it" and still not more hard-headed than I. ![]()
