We see advertisements about them on TV and comedians have made jokes about the nonsense emails.

And the email providers do not give their email account addresses to just anybody so only the gov could demand millions.

And when so very many spam (or call them whatever) are sent then the email providers can back track any email and surely if these kind were petty swindlers then the big companies like MicroSoft and Google would put a dead stop to it, and the law would arrest the culprits - but no.

The signs are significant and it is obvious once seen that those are the paranoid entrapment attempts from the Bush administration.
